Global Mobility Services Manager

About the role

A managerial position within a global mobility services practice, responsible for overseeing client delivery, fostering client relationships, and managing expatriate tax services.

Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and service delivery for expatriate employees of corporate clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Create and review tax equalization and international assignment policies
• Review expatriate tax returns and equalizations
• Mentor and coach staff members
• Oversee resource allocation, workflow, and utilization

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent expatriate or individual tax experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, Enrolled Agent, or other approved credentials; candidates without these have one year to obtain them
• Previous experience at an accounting firm
