Global Marketing Communications Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, targeted outbound marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), Product Marketing, and external vendors, ensuring messaging aligns with business goals and value propositions.
- Partner with Sales, Product, SMEs, and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and flawless campaign execution across customer/account touchpoints.
- Manage the tradeshow and event strategy, planning, messaging, and execution.
- Support the development of high-impact, technical content, including white papers, technical blogs, and web pages, to drive awareness and demand for Celestica’s technology solutions.
- Uphold Celestica's brand identity and ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all platforms.
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and optimize marketing spend to maximize profitability and overall effectiveness.
Requirements
Deep understanding of the technology ecosystem and landscape
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, networking and compute technologies, with the ability to support marketing initiatives within a complex B2B technology environment and engage effectively with technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to advance key business and marketing initiatives
Proficient in marketing, social media management and AI tools such as Jasper, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Semrush and Hubspot
Superior writing, editing and presentation skills
Solid understanding and experience in marketing and branding principles and practices including design, print and digital
Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives, utilizing both human creativity and AI-assisted drafting
Active listening skills and high-value questioning skills
Excellent business judgement
Ability to work well within a cross-functional team
Excellent project management and multi-tasking capabilities
Qualifications
14+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing with proven expertise in account-based marketing, demand generation, and content development.
