Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of large-scale logistics process improvement programs spanning global freight, warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery operations
  • Leverage AI tools and agents to drive automation and process improvement optimizations
  • Develop and drive the strategy and roadmap for identifying systemic inefficiencies across the end-to-end supply chain, translating findings into prioritized, actionable improvement initiatives
  • Build and maintain cross-functional program governance structures that align logistics, procurement, finance, and operations stakeholders around shared goals and measurable outcomes
  • Apply structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or value stream mapping to diagnose the root causes of logistics performance gaps and develop scalable solutions
  • Define and track key performance indicators for logistics process improvement programs, communicating progress and impact to executive stakeholders through clear written and verbal reporting
  • Anticipate and develop contingency plans for disruptions caused by changes in global logistics networks, supplier landscapes, or regulatory environments
  • Leverage AI-integrated workflows and data analysis tools to accelerate root cause analysis, model process improvement scenarios, and surface actionable insights across logistics operations
  • Coach cross-functional partners on process improvement frameworks and build organizational capability for continuous improvement across global logistics teams
  • Identify and cultivate influential stakeholder relationships across internal logistics, engineering, and business operations teams as well as external logistics partners and vendors
  • Proactively surface emerging logistics challenges and translate ambiguous operational problems into clearly scoped programs with defined milestones, owners, and success criteria

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, or logistics process improvement within a large-scale, global operations environment
  • Experience leading cross-functional process improvement programs across multiple logistics domains, such as freight, warehousing, inventory management, or last-mile delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute improvement strategies for complex, ambiguous logistics systems with measurable impact on cost, speed, or reliability
  • Experience influencing and aligning senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders through structured written communication, executive briefings, and data-driven recommendations
  • Experience applying structured process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or value stream mapping, to diagnose and resolve systemic operational inefficiencies
  • Experience with AI tools and agents to drive supply chain improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience using data analytics platforms or AI-assisted tools to model logistics scenarios, identify process bottlenecks, and quantify improvement opportunities
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or equivalent process improvement methodology applied within a global logistics or supply chain context
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Track record of building continuous improvement programs and governance frameworks that scaled across multiple geographies or logistics network segments
  • Experience managing logistics improvement programs in a technology or consumer hardware company with high-velocity, complex global supply chains

Pay

United States of America: $189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base compensation, Meta offers benefits.
