For our client, we are seeking a Process Improvement Manager to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a operationally complex logistics environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000 annually Responsibilities Build and maintain a thorough understanding of business processes across the ATM value chain Define and oversee the onboarding process and related technology features Act as the liaison between business lines and functional leaders for onboarding technology Manage the onboarding technology roadmap across all business lines Collaborate with leadership to set project priorities and communicate plans effectively Identify and implement technology improvements aligned with organizational goals Lead support for major cross-functional technology initiatives Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in process improvement or project management Strong knowledge of organizational business processes Exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to negotiate and build consensus among diverse stakeholders Deep understanding of business applications and data management Benefits Opportunity to drive innovation in onboarding processes Collaboration with senior leadership on strategic initiatives Engagement in cross-functional projects that impact business outcomes Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
