About the Role

The Process Improvement Manager leads the Continuous Improvement function and drives enterprise-wide initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and adoption. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, standardize processes, and strengthen execution consistency. The position manages the intake, prioritization, execution, and measurement of improvement initiatives while supporting change management to ensure sustainable results.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain the Continuous Improvement Framework.
  • Facilitate process assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead current-state and future-state process design activities.
  • Develop implementation plans, improvement roadmaps, and sustainability strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of simultaneous continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, complexity, risk, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Provide portfolio reporting and executive-level updates.
  • Conduct stakeholder and organizational impact assessments.
  • Develop communication, training, and adoption plans.
  • Facilitate implementation readiness activities and monitor adoption.
  • Measure improvement effectiveness and track benefits realization.
  • Support leaders and teams through organizational change and implementation.
  • Promote Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and performance measures.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and operations teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and improvement sessions.
  • Build strong relationships across operational and corporate functions.
  • Coach employees on Continuous Improvement methodologies and practices.
  • Support the development of Continuous Improvement Engineers and analysts.
  • May supervise Continuous Improvement Engineers, Quality Engineers, analysts, or other assigned resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related experience, or Associate’s degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, project or program management, quality management, business transformation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating process mapping, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities.
  • Experience presenting recommendations, progress, and results to senior leaders.

Pay
