About the role

We are seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join our Global Loans/Global Markets group in the Seattle office. This position offers opportunities to work on both lender and borrower matters, as well as long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance matters, including revolving loans, term loans, and syndicated credit facilities.
• Work on financing private equity-backed acquisitions (preferred but not required).

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Member of, or eligible to join, the Washington State Bar, or licensed in another state with the immediate ability to waive in by motion.
