About the Role
CAI Software is hiring a temporary Global HR Consultant for a 6-month engagement to serve as a strategic partner to the CHRO—someone equally comfortable shaping people strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. This role will lead the HR function's portfolio of strategic priorities, including scaling talent acquisition and onboarding, modernizing core HR operations and technology, and driving workforce planning. The consultant will champion AI adoption in HR, simplify policies, standardize processes, and build next-generation self-service platforms for employees and managers.
You’ll move fluidly between partnering with the CHRO on strategic direction and driving execution—building the plan, then delivering it—while guiding the Global HR team in partnership with the CHRO.
