About the role
We are seeking a Global Head of Regulatory Compliance to own the enterprise compliance program across every jurisdiction. You will build the framework, controls, and culture that keep the company ahead of regulatory change and protect it from compliance risk at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the global regulatory compliance strategy and program.
- Build and maintain the compliance framework, policies, and controls.
- Manage relationships with regulators and monitor regulatory change.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risk across jurisdictions.
- Drive training, monitoring, and a culture of compliance enterprise-wide.
- Advise the CEO, board, and General Counsel on compliance risk and posture.
Requirements
- 15+ years in regulatory compliance, legal, or risk leadership at scale.
- Proven track record building and running enterprise compliance programs.
- Deep experience across multi-jurisdictional regulatory regimes.
- Experience building and leading global compliance organizations.
- Sound judgment balancing risk, growth, and regulatory obligations.
- Board- and investor-ready communication.
- Bachelor's required; JD or advanced degree strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing compliance across multiple regions and regulators.
- Experience in highly regulated sectors.
- Relevant compliance or legal certifications.
- Compliance leadership in the client's markets.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $400,000 to $525,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
