VP, Head of Global Corporate Compliance

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders for regulatory compliance guidance
• Build relationships with leadership to integrate compliance into decisions
• Partner with teams on new products and initiatives to identify compliance risks
• Lead the design and improvement of the global compliance program
• Drive a consistent approach to compliance risk management
• Oversee compliance risk assessments and governance activities
• Provide oversight of regulatory compliance and monitoring functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS)
• MBA preferred
• 12+ years of compliance, legal, risk management, or regulatory experience in regulated industries
• Proven ability to build and scale compliance programs
• Experience implementing compliance technology and analytics
• Experience leading large, distributed teams
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) preferred

Pay

• $180,220 – $268,400 annually
