Responsibilities
- Own the global enterprise revenue number, quota-setting, and forecast accuracy.
- Build, lead, and scale a global enterprise sales organization across regions.
- Drive the enterprise go-to-market motion, from pipeline generation to complex closes.
- Institute rigorous sales process, methodology, and CRM discipline.
- Personally engage in strategic, high-value enterprise deals and executive relationships.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to drive the full funnel.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years in enterprise sales, with 5+ years leading global or multi-region teams.
- Quota Track Record: Consistent record of meeting or exceeding large enterprise revenue targets.
- Team Building: Proven success recruiting and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Complex Deals: Expertise closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Methodology: Command of modern sales methodology and forecasting discipline.
- Executive Selling: Strong C-level selling and negotiation skills.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's required; MBA a plus.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $350,000 to $500,000 with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
