Responsibilities
- Define and evolve JLL's global benefits philosophy aligned with business priorities
- Provide strategic oversight of benefit plan design across geographies
- Lead governance including regulatory compliance and fiduciary oversight
- Direct due diligence for M&A activities relating to benefits
- Partner with Finance to manage benefits budgets and performance reporting
- Develop analytics for trend analysis and drive proactive decision-making
- Own relationships with benefits brokers and lead vendor negotiations
- Oversee benefits design and communication for JLL's Americas population
Qualifications
- 15+ years of benefits leadership experience in a large, global organization
- Deep expertise in U.S. health and welfare plan design, retirement programs, and global benefits structures
- Experience managing multi-hundred-million-dollar benefits budgets with accountability for financial outcomes
- Strong command of benefits-related regulations: ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and equivalent frameworks globally
- Proven track record of complex vendor negotiations and multi-national broker/insurer management
- Experience leading benefits due diligence and integration in M&A environments
- Exceptional analytical skills in building business cases and interpreting actuarial data
- Experience developing benefits communication strategies to enhance employee engagement
