Global GSI Lead, Healthcare and Life Sciences Ecosystem

For our client, we are seeking a Global GSI Lead Healthcare And Life Sciences Ecosystem to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $224,000 – $356,500 annually Responsibilities Lead joint solution development with major GSI partners Develop strategic go-to-market plans to drive AI adoption Champion the company’s technology in healthcare solutions to drive revenue growth Collaborate across the company and partner organizations to achieve targets Enable GSI teams and advance mutual industry thought leadership Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 12+ years in sales or partner business management 10+ years managing Global System Integrators (GSIs) globally Proven experience with complex go-to-market strategies across matrixed organizations Deep expertise in developing Healthcare and Life Sciences-specific solutions Strong relationship skills and ability to influence without direct authority Familiarity with AI markets and the company products Benefits Eligibility for equity compensation Diverse and inclusive work environment Collaboration with leading industry professionals Opportunities for innovative and impactful work Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
