Global Group Director Human Resources -Flavors & Extracts

About the role

This is a 100% office-based opportunity located in Hoffman Estates, IL, with responsibility for Human Resources teams located in North America, Latin America, and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on the Human Resources priorities of Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, and Coaching and Development for the Flavors and Extracts Group.
• Deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement on core Human Resources functions.
• Act as the strategic partner to the Group President and General Managers in implementing the organizational talent strategy and promoting the Sensient culture.
• Manage, coach, and develop the global Flavors & Extracts Human Resources team.
• Collaborate with Corporate and Group leadership to define and execute on the key talent initiatives supporting our organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Full spectrum human resources experience with increasing levels of responsibility involving major business decisions.
• Professional expertise in leading the development and implementation of effective programs and process improvements in key areas of human resources management (e.g., talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations).
• Experience with union and non-union environments preferred.
• International experience a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
• Must reside in the Hoffman Estates, IL area or be willing to commute; relocation assistance is not available.
