About the role
The Global FP&A Manager is responsible for managing the global consolidation and review of monthly financial statements for all entities, constructing monthly MD&A memos, overseeing annual and semi-annual global budgeting processes, collecting and consolidating weekly actual bank cash reports and cash forecasts, and assisting the Global Controller with annual audits. They also assist with ad hoc reporting, financial analyses, and presentations for management, lenders, and investors.
Responsibilities
- Managing the global consolidation and review of monthly financial statements for all entities
- Construction of monthly MD&A memo reporting on financial results and variances relative to budget
- Review and consolidation of monthly reported data from all entities such as incoming order detail, backlog, capex, intercompany balances, and headcount, among others
- Oversee and administer annual and semi-annual global budgeting processes
- Collecting and consolidation weekly actual bank cash reports and cash forecasts from all entities
- Assisting Global Controller with annual audit and
- Ad Hoc reporting, financial analyses, and presentations as needed for management, lenders, and investors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required
- CPA desired, but not required
- Ten years of related experience
- Must be available to work on site
- Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
