About the role
The successful candidate will lead the global e-commerce strategy for Lenovo, driving sales growth through innovative digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Global E-Commerce, this role will oversee all aspects of online sales, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global e-commerce strategies that align with Lenovo's business objectives
- Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings across various e-commerce platforms
- Manage pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales and customer acquisition
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and support online sales
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce data to inform strategic decisions and improve performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate e-commerce efforts with broader brand campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful e-commerce strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and/or Shopify
