Primary Responsibilities
- Drive own ecommerce business globally (outside China) with PL responsibility.
- Work across regions and business groups to accelerate the online business.
- Develop, implement, and execute e-commerce marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across channels.
- Oversee website performance and optimization, ensuring a seamless user experience and conversion rate improvements.
- Collaborate with product, design, and IT teams to implement site enhancements and new features.
- Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform decision-making.
- Lead content strategy for e-commerce platforms, ensuring brand consistency and compelling messaging.
- Drive coordination with external agencies and vendors for paid media, affiliate programs, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices for digital marketing.
- Report on performance metrics to senior leadership and recommend actionable improvements.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and e-commerce (e.g., paid search, paid social, email CRM), content marketing, analytics, Customer Experience management, Conversion Rate Optimization.
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams and budgets.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through e-commerce strategies.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to define and execute long-term e-commerce marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs, optimize campaigns, and forecast trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working with product, IT, finance, and creative teams.
- Budget Management: Expertise in allocating and optimizing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of online consumer behavior and UX best practices.
- Innovation Adaptability: Ability to stay ahead of emerging technologies, platforms, and market trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Pay
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $170k - 210K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
