About the role
The Global Capability Center (GCC) Technology Lead is an offering-first practitioner responsible for shaping the technology strategy and system architecture that enable successful GCC design and setup.
Responsibilities
- Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
- Working closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
- Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least half dedicated to Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations, platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC environments.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite and senior business leaders across global organizations.
