Global Business Systems Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Global Business Systems Manager to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will lead cross-functional business systems initiatives that support integration, process alignment, and operational readiness across the organization. The position will partner closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into executable plans that improve execution during major change efforts. It will also help ensure new systems and processes are adopted effectively while maintaining clear governance and documentation. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $127,720 – $191,580 annually Responsibilities Serve as a representative for mergers and acquisitions and special projects, ensuring smooth integration Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and readiness for merger and acquisition activities Lead cross-functional projects affecting business systems and processes Translate high-level business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams Support training and adoption of new systems and process changes Maintain documentation and improvement artifacts for integration and project work Contribute to the development of integration templates and governance frameworks Qualifications 5+ years of experience with enterprise business systems or technology-enabled processes 3+ years in cross-functional projects or merger and acquisition integration efforts 5+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or supply chain environments Strong understanding of business systems and processes Proficient in stakeholder communication and facilitation Benefits Medical, prescription, and dental insurance Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts Life and disability insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid parental leave and pet insurance Up to 20 vacation days, personal days, sick days, and holidays annually Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
