We are looking for a Global Benefits Analyst to join an organization in Itasca, Illinois in a contract capacity with the potential for a permanent role. This position supports employee benefits and leave programs across multiple international regions, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational partnership.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefit programs across several international locations, ensuring plans are delivered accurately and consistently in alignment with regional practices.
- Oversee global leave administration, including coordination of cases, tracking of statuses, and adherence to applicable legal and policy requirements.
- Partner with payroll teams to support benefit-related deductions, adjustments, and final pay processing connected to employee separations or status changes.
- Manage relationships with external brokers, carriers, and benefit vendors to resolve issues, maintain service levels, and support ongoing program administration.
- Review invoices and perform billing reconciliation to confirm benefit charges are accurate, researched, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitor compliance requirements related to global benefits and leave programs, helping ensure processes meet country-specific regulations and documentation standards.
- Produce reports and analyze benefits data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve operational visibility for stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for ADP Workforce Now and related benefits processes, assisting with administration, issue resolution, and data integrity efforts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing global benefits programs across multiple countries or regions is required.
- Prior hands-on expertise with ADP highly preferred.
- Experience partnering with payroll on benefit deductions, adjustments, and final payment activities.
- Strong background in billing review, invoice validation, and reconciliation of benefit-related charges.
- Working knowledge of leave administration, including FMLA and other applicable leave practices.
- Understanding of global compliance considerations tied to benefits and employee leave programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and identify discrepancies.
