About the Role

The Global Benefits Analyst manages and implements benefits and total rewards programs designed to support the organization’s ability to attract and retain top talent. This role oversees U.S. and global benefits programs across multiple countries, serving as a subject matter expert to ensure programs remain competitive, compliant, scalable, and effectively administered.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable and innovative wellness and benefits programs aligned with corporate values.
  • Plan and manage the administration of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.
  • Create and deliver benefits and wellness communications for leaders and employees.
  • Collaborate with consultants, brokers, and insurers to evaluate and select benefits services.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee employee enrollment, renewals, and benefits delivery processes.
  • Manage the U.S. benefits enrollment system and maintain data accuracy.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment activities.
  • Conduct audits, manage census requests, and oversee billing and invoice payments.
  • Complete required regulatory filings accurately and on time.
  • Plan and execute benefits communication strategies.
  • Address employee questions and resolve benefits-related issues.
  • Review contracts and communication materials for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor government regulations and market trends to maintain competitive and compliant programs.
  • Collaborate with shared services teams on enrollment updates and initial employee support.

Requirements

  • Experience managing benefits programs in a multinational environment.
  • Experience with online enrollment systems and U.S. benefits compliance, including 401(k) plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in total rewards and benefits administration.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement benefits programs globally.
  • Advanced knowledge of global benefits regulations and programs.
  • Experience managing benefits vendor relationships.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to adapt effectively in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong decision-making and influencing capabilities.
  • Experience leading or guiding others and mentoring cross-functional peers.

Pay

Hiring range: $110,000–$130,000 per year in Denver, Colorado.
