Global Benefits Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Global Benefits Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. In this remote role, you will help shape and administer global benefits programs that support a diverse, multinational workforce. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and effectively communicated across regions. This position plays a key role in annual enrollment, vendor evaluation, and the ongoing delivery of wellness and retirement programs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Develop scalable wellness programs aligned with corporate values Manage implementation and administration of benefits programs Communicate benefits and wellness programs to leaders and employees Evaluate services and options with consultants and brokers Ensure compliance with legal requirements across regions Oversee benefits enrollment and delivery Coordinate the annual open enrollment process Qualifications 5+ years in benefits administration within multi-national companies Experience with online enrollment systems and U.S. compliance (401(k)) Bachelor's degree in Business or related field Advanced understanding of global benefits regulations Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams Proven vendor management skills Strong presentation and data analysis skills Benefits Generous PTO and holiday schedule Parental leave Progressive healthcare options Retirement programs Education reimbursement Commuter offset for specific locations Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
