Global Benefits Analyst

About the role

The Global Benefits Analyst will play a key role in shaping and administering global benefits programs for a leading Enterprise Technology company. The position requires a strong understanding of global benefits regulations and experience with online enrollment systems and U.S. compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable wellness programs aligned with corporate values
• Manage implementation and administration of benefits programs
• Communicate benefits and wellness programs to leaders and employees
• Evaluate services and options with consultants and brokers
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements across regions
• Oversee benefits enrollment and delivery
• Cook up the annual open enrollment process

Qualifications

• 5+ years in benefits administration within multi-national companies
• Experience with online enrollment systems and U.S. compliance (401(k))
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Advanced understanding of global benefits regulations
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• Pristine vendor management skills
• Proven ability to present and analyze data

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
