Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Test Engineering focal point supporting MFP manufacturing operations
- Lead integration, deployment, and optimization of manufacturing test infrastructure and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, system-level test failures across hardware, software, and network environments
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement scalable, long-term corrective actions
- Partner with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and global sites) to deliver solutions
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize manual processes
- Support global operations across multiple time zones, ensuring rapid issue resolution and continuity
- Design and scale future-ready test frameworks to support emerging platforms (e.g., GPU, high-performance systems)
- Improve manufacturing turnaround time, yield, and test stability
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, system integration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with hardware/software integration in manufacturing environments
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex system-level issues (hardware, software, networking)
- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing or production operations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with server, storage, or GPU-based systems in a manufacturing/test environment
- Strong background in process automation, scripting, or tooling development
- Experience working across global teams and time zones
- Familiarity with root cause methodologies, yield improvement, and continuous improvement frameworks
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
