Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue targets tied to assigned GSI partnerships.
- Execute joint account planning with GSI partners to build and advance pipeline.
- Drive partner-sourced and influenced opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification to close.
- Present Uniphore’s AI solutions and craft value-based business cases for executives.
- Negotiate complex agreements to ensure win-win outcomes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.
- Proven success in GSI/BPO partnerships and co-sell motions.
- Demonstrated track record of quota attainment in complex solution selling.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders at GSIs and customers.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
