About the role

The GL Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
