Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical knowledge regarding severe and prolonged mental health and substance abuse disorders through training and education
  • Serving as a member of the treatment team to manage clients’ mental health and assess for risks, implementing risk management plans as necessary
  • Providing recovery-oriented clinical case-management services with an emphasis on dignity, respect, and inclusion of family and other natural supports
  • Supporting the Director/Manager in leading an effective program, including supervising shift activities, reviewing, and implementing the daily schedule, and providing clinical leadership
  • Providing support, skills training and education in areas including daily living skills, nutrition, financial management and symptom management
  • Monitoring positive outcome measures and ensuring program compliance through accurate and timely data reporting
  • Completing assessments, treatment plans, and other documentation electronically and on paper in a timely manner
  • Acting with compassion, integrity, and ethics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human service field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders
  • Three years of clinical experience
  • Maintain and provide proof of valid driver’s license and automobile insurance in good standing
  • Reliable use of personal vehicle as needed

  • Strong clinical knowledge of severe and prolonged mental health and substance abuse disorders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in electronic documentation systems

Pay

$21.17 per hour

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7a-3p
