Responsibilities
- Providing clinical knowledge regarding severe and prolonged mental health and substance abuse disorders through training and education
- Serving as a member of the treatment team, supporting the Director/Manager in leading an effective program, including supervising shift activities, reviewing, and implementing the daily schedule, and providing clinical leadership
- Supporting clients in areas such as nutrition, clothing, basic care skills, spirituality, financial management, etc.
- Working with the treatment team to manage clients' mental health and assessing for risks, implementing risk management plans as necessary
- Providing recovery-oriented clinical case-management services with an emphasis on dignity, respect, and inclusion of family and other natural supports
- Providing support, skills training and education in areas including daily living skills, nutrition, financial management and symptom management
- Monitoring positive outcome measures and ensuring program compliance through accurate and timely data reporting
- Completing assessments, treatment plans, and other documentation electronically and on paper in a timely manner
- Acting with compassion, integrity, and ethics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a human service field; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders
- Three years of clinical experience
- Maintain and provide proof of valid driver’s license and automobile insurance in good standing
- Reliable use of personal vehicle as needed
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in good standing
Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge of mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
This is a union position and pays $21.17 per hour. The compensation also includes a $1,500/year stipend added to the base pay over 26 pay periods.
Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
