Gift Shop Retail Associate
Responsibilities
- Performs retail sales operations in the Gift Shop.
- Affords assistance with the selection and sale of logo merchandise and other gift items.
- Executes cash register functions in a competent and accurate manner.
- Prepares, stocks, and merchandises inventory.
- Provides excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and Mayo employees.
- Might be assigned additional duties related to re-merchandising areas of the sales floor and display areas, internal/external marketing activities, other special projects and workgroups.
- Might be asked to work in other Mayo Clinic Store locations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of previous customer service experience required, with a minimum of one year of retail environment experience.

- $20.00 - $25.59 / hour
Schedule
- Full Time
- Hours/Pay Period: 80
- Schedule Details: 7:30am - 4pm, M-F
- Weekend Schedule: Weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) will be periodically required
