Responsibilities
- Create an awesome shopping experience for customers by greeting them warmly, assisting with product selection, and ensuring they leave the store satisfied.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, sorting donations, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
- Engage with donors by accepting donations, explaining donation policies, and providing information about how donations benefit the community.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer service.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
