Gift Shop Attendant - Bossier City

About the Role

The Gift Shop Attendant is responsible for completing sales transactions with customers and maintains stock levels in Gift Shop. Assuring that guests have an enjoyable customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a friendly, courteous atmosphere in the Gift Shop at all times and assisting all guests whenever necessary.
• Ringing up sales and giving correct change.
• Keeping the Gift Shop clean and orderly.
• Assisting in month-end inventory.
• Ensuring the safety and security of guests and others visiting the gift shop.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a high-volume retail store with use of electronic cash register and variety in inventory.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards.
• Retail customer service training would be a plus.
