IT QA & Data Governance Manager

Job Summary: The IT QA & Data Governance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, completeness, and reliability of IT deliverables and enterprise data across all systems. The role will establish robust mechanisms to validate, reconcile, and automate data flows, ensuring that management dashboards and reports fully align with underlying source systems (ERP and transactional data).

• Establish and implement QA frameworks for IT systems, dashboards, reports, integrations, and workflows.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and business alignment of IT deliverables through functional, integration, and UAT testing.
• Enforce data governance controls to maintain accurate and timely ERP data across business functions.
• Monitor and resolve data inconsistencies, reconciliation issues, and reporting discrepancies between ERP, BI, and dashboards.
• Define and track SLAs for transaction recording, data entry, and period closing activities.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual data entry through system integrations and workflow digitization.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, validation rules, and governance standards for data integrity and reporting consistency.
• Ensure IT projects deliver validated, high-quality outputs within agreed timelines and business requirements.
• Identify risks related to data quality, reporting accuracy, and system adoption, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct user trainings to promote accurate data entry practices and a strong data-driven culture across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• PMP or relevant certification preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT QA / Data Governance / ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably Oracle EBS / SAP / Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Hyperion).
• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, reporting accuracy, process automation, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Chemical / Mechanical Engineer & Metallurgical Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Chemical / Mechanical Engineer & Metallurgical Engineer to join our production team and oversee the daily operations of our industrial furnace systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in thermal systems and at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring continuous operation, optimizing fuel efficiency, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

• Daily Operations: Supervise the daily running of furnaces, including temperature monitoring, pressure regulation, and cycle time management.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine inspections and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze data to improve fuel/energy efficiency and optimize furnace throughput.
• Process Safety: Implement and enforce rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols for high-temperature operations.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of furnace performance, maintenance activities, and production yield.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of direct experience in furnace operations or thermal systems within a manufacturing firm or any other related experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and combustion. Proficiency in P&ID, AutoCAD, and data analysis software. Experience with furnace-related instrumentation (thermocouples, gas analyzers, PLCs).
• Soft Skills: Proven problem-solving ability, technical writing, and leadership skills for managing shift operators.
