Job Summary
Expanding in Northern and Eastern Connecticut and Western Massachusetts Southern Rhode Island, Closet Factory is seeking two top candidates for a Designer/Sales position. Due to high volume of leads, the company offers full-time positions with flexible hours, best training in the industry, pre-set qualified leads, higher compensation for self-generated sales, industry-leading technology and support, excellent working environment and culture, mileage reimbursement, and potential for annual earnings over $100,000.
About the Role
Closet Factory is a leader in the industry, providing dynamic, custom solutions for every room in clients' homes. The company is opening a new location in central Connecticut, partnering with Costco and Lowe's. This role will be part of a growing team and will offer opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain relationships with customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Generate and close sales leads
- Provide design and installation services for custom closet systems
- Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional service
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- A natural closer
- Experience in home improvement related sales
- You must be trainable/coachable
- Basic computer skills
