About the role

Provides outreach and education to Norwalk community members who may need information or assistance on health topics, Health Department programs and services, or community resources. Activities are intended to improve community health, increase access to information and services, and promote health equity in Norwalk. This position is grant-funded and is not guaranteed beyond September 30, 2027.
