GESTIONNAIRE DE RESIDENCE ETUDIANTE (H/F) - CALAIS

About the role

Terre d’Opale Habitat manages a portfolio of over 7,000 homes and houses a third of the Calais population in collective and individual housing. Established in 1923, it is the principal landlord in Calais and has expanded across the arrondissement to meet growing housing demand. The Student Residence Manager contributes to the effective rental management of student residences, implements the allocation policy, and serves as the key link between student tenants (or prospective tenants), commercial agents, and other internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-visits and property viewings
• Register housing applications
• Collect information and prepare documentation for candidate files, including lease creation and digitization
• Welcome tenants and receive clients
• Maintain and clean common areas of residences, wearing required uniform and PPE
• Provide on-site and telephone reception coverage for residences
• Prepare allocation commissions and verify candidate eligibility for student housing
• Handle client complaints and sign off on resolution documents (quitus)
• Create and manage work orders for in-house maintenance teams or external contractors
• Monitor construction/renovation progress and ensure contractor deadlines are met
• Record and track incivility complaints
• Visit tenants in arrears and manage follow-up

Additional responsibilities

• Search for potential clients via server systems
• Assist commercial agents with case management on an ad hoc basis
• Maintain tracking dashboards and report to management
• Participate in meetings
• Serve as primary point of contact for tenants and service providers
• Ensure service quality standards
• Maintain laundry facilities (cleaning and machine upkeep)

25,675.00€ per year
