Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and account plans to achieve performance targets and improve profit margins
  • Lead strategic account planning, forging solid relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations and business objectives are met effectively
  • Identify and respond to customer needs while promoting the full company product range
  • Partner with dealers and distributors to enhance fleet business through effective training and marketing tactics
  • Provide accurate forecasting and business insights while monitoring sales performance and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or over 10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Supply Chain, or Category Management
  • At least 5 years of experience specifically in Sales, Supply Chain, or Category Management
  • Proven history in managing strategic customer relationships and executing impactful sales strategies
  • Bilingual (French and English) to accommodate communications with headquarters in Toronto and Akron
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills, including relationship building and high-quality presentations
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities essential for success in this role
  • Sound business acumen with knowledge of financial metrics and sales performance indicators
