Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at assigned facilities, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.
• Document patient care in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Participate in a 6-month wound care fellowship and ongoing training for clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in Texas.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time; 4-5 days per week for full-time.
• Willingness to travel within a 40-60 mile radius of Beeville, TX, visiting 2-3 facilities daily.

Qualifications

Physicians will receive comprehensive wound management training and a wound care fellowship to ensure clinical expertise.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm (45-hour work week).
• Part-time: Minimum 3 days per week.
• No call, no nights, no weekend clinical responsibilities.

Pay

W2 full-time physicians earn an average of $300,000 per year plus benefits.
