About the role
BC/BE Geriatrician providing comprehensive senior care within a leading health system.
Responsibilities
- Providing inpatient consultation and post-acute services such as LTC, CCRC, and Palliative Care.
- Participating in a Fellowship Training Program, fostering teaching and scholarly activities.
- Collaborating with specialties like Cardiology, Trauma, and Orthopedics.
- Engaging in interdisciplinary work with Nursing, Pharmacy, Rehab, and Social Work teams.
- Opportunity for medical directorship at skilled nursing facilities.
- Telephone-only call shared with other geriatricians.
Qualifications and Skills
- Board Certified or Eligible in Geriatrics.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Interest in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
