This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected Ascension Living - PACE program, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration.

Deliver high-impact, relationship-centered care through the Ascension Living PACE program—caring for a smaller, medically complex senior panel with the support of a fully integrated interdisciplinary team, allowing you to focus on quality, continuity, and keeping patients safely in their homes.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Qualifications

Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Skills

Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$240,000 – $250,000 annually

$3,000 + 5 dedicated CME days
