About the Role
Seeking a full‑time board‑certified or board‑eligible Geriatric Medicine physician (Internal Medicine physicians will also be considered) to join the dedicated team at Kadlec Clinic’s Senior Clinic. The clinic provides excellent support staff, an onsite referral coordinator, and generously scheduled appointments that allow sufficient time with patients and family members. The position offers a healthy work/life balance in sun‑drenched eastern Washington.
Qualifications
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Geriatric Medicine (or Internal Medicine considered)
- Experienced physicians preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Compensation
Salary ranges from $270,373 to $300,407 per year. The amount may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra‑shift incentives, and may be supplemented with CME benefits.

Location
The role is based at Kadlec Clinic’s Senior Clinic in Richland, Washington, part of the Kadlec network serving the Tri‑Cities area of northeast Oregon and southeast Washington. Richland enjoys over 300 days of sunshine annually and offers abundant outdoor recreation such as golf, fishing, and cycling.
