Geriatrician

About the role

We are seeking a board eligible/board certified geriatrician to join as a clinician educator for fellows and internal medicine residents. The role involves participating in an active homecare practice serving 11 counties in Northeastern New York and an outpatient internal medicine primary care teaching division. This division serves as the continuity training site for the geriatrics fellowship and internal medicine program, as well as a teaching site for medical, physician assistant, and pharmacy students. The position offers the opportunity to combine a part-time home visit practice with outpatient consultations and managing a Geriatric primary care panel.

Responsibilities

• Precepting geriatrics fellows, residents, and students.

Requirements

• Board eligible or board certified geriatrician.
