Compensation and Benefits
- Up to $300K+ annual salary

Responsibilities and Facility Details
- 100% outpatient care with primary focus on geriatrics patient population
- Preventative care focus on chronic conditions to reduce hospitalization
- Part of a well-trusted, physician-led healthcare organization with over 120+ locations in 15 states
- Patient-focused, small patient panel—maximum of 450 patients
- Monday–Friday schedule; no weekends or call
- Dedicated care team for full PCP support
- Onsite lab, pharmacy, and X-ray services
Qualifications and Skills
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- New residents and experienced providers welcome to apply
