Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $280K base salary plus bonus (overall compensation up to $325K in the first year)
• $50K sign-on bonus plus $10K bonus in the first year
• Up to $20K relocation assistance
• 5% 401(k) match
• 3% annual merit pay increase with quality performance
• Interview travel expenses paid

Responsibilities and Facility Details

• 100% outpatient geriatrics only
• Manageable caseload in a patient-focused organization
• Monday – Friday work week, no weekends
• Onsite lab, pharmacy, and X-ray in most locations (120+ locations in 15 states)

Qualifications and Skills

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• New residents and experienced providers welcome to apply
