About the role

• Monday - Friday schedule with 4 days in clinic and 1 flexible work-from-home day
• Low patient census with a maximum panel of 750 patients
• Start at 6 - 10 patients per day, growing to 16 - 20 patients per day
• Light call schedule: 1:15 rotation, 2 times per month and 4 weekends per year
• Value-based care model with a focus on geriatric patient population
• Health system-employed position

Requirements

• Board-certified in Geriatric Medicine required
• DEA required
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred

Pay

Salary from $250,000.00 to $330,000.00 annually. Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay.
