About the role
This is a hospital-employed position with an outpatient-only setting. The role involves 75% clinical and 25% administrative responsibilities, including leadership roles such as managing and evaluating primary care providers, involvement in hiring, performance improvement, and budget management. The position is part of a value-based care and managed care environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate primary care providers
- Involvement in hiring, performance improvement, and budget management
- Leadership role in overseeing digital X-ray, ultrasound, Echo, EKG, Doppler, and spirometry services
- Participate in value-based care and managed care initiatives
Requirements
- Board-certified Geriatric Medicine physician required
- DEA required
Qualifications
- Experience in value-based care and managed care is highly valued
- Onsite services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, Echo, EKG, Doppler, and spirometry

Pay

Schedule
