Responsibilities

• Customer Service and Sales: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart. Complete rental agreements as needed, and seek new business through telemarketing and distributing printed materials.
• Account Management: Review past-due accounts and communicate with customers in person or via phone to promote timely payments. Collect payments from customers and meet daily/weekly collection goals.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely operate company vehicles, following all company policies and local/state laws. Ensure excellent customer service during deliveries and maintain timely pickups.
• Merchandising: Keep the store, vehicles, and products clean, organized, and customer-ready. Refurbish merchandise to like-new condition and maintain showroom cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay

$11.24 - $14.45 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Saturday, store open to close hours. Sundays off, plus one additional weekday off. Schedules may vary based on business needs.
