About the Role

Schill Grounds Management has been providing award-winning commercial landscaping services for over 30 years. BAM Outdoor Inc. is seeking a motivated, client-oriented Account Manager to drive sales, foster client relationships, and lead successful landscape maintenance projects. This position includes winter responsibilities with the snow operations team and is based in Indianapolis, Indiana (not remote).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients to sell landscape maintenance contracts, enhancements, and snow removal
• Estimate and present proposals that align with client needs
• Conduct site visits and maintain communication to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
• Lead landscaping teams and ensure efficient, detailed maintenance operations
• Educate clients on how to improve and protect their landscaping investment
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and Operations team to meet sales goals and review performance

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Degree in landscape management, horticulture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance
• Landscape Professional or Technician certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
