Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with public and private sector clients throughout the Raleigh market
- Identify new business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives
- Lead client meetings, networking efforts, and proposal pursuits
- Expand the firm's regional footprint and market presence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to existing and prospective clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience preferred
- Proven experience managing projects and client relationships
- Experience with business development and revenue generation
- Strong technical background across geotechnical investigations, foundations, earthwork, and related services
- Previous leadership, team management, or department management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
