Genesys Cloud Admin

About the Role

We are seeking a Genesys Cloud Administrator with 3+ years of experience administering or supporting Genesys Cloud CX or a similar CCaaS platform. This role involves application support within a financial institution, including core systems, CRM, and check imaging.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Genesys Cloud CX, including IVRs, workforce engagement tools, digital channels, and chatbot functions.
• Manage system integrations, APIs, and vendor relationships, with a focus on release and change control processes.
• Implement and maintain Genesys Cloud CX features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support data analysis and create basic system reports for business units.
• Ensure compliance with cloud infrastructure, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, build relationships, and foster cooperation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering or supporting Genesys Cloud CX or a similar CCaaS platform.
• 1–3 years of experience in application support within a financial institution (e.g., core systems, CRM, check imaging).
• Working knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX administration, APIs, and integrations; familiarity with TTEC Smart Apps is a plus.
• Experience with system configuration, vendor management, and release/change control processes.
• General understanding of cloud infrastructure, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in creating basic system reports and supporting data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including courtesy, tact, and diplomacy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jack Henry technologies, specifically Symitar Episys.

Pay

Salary range: $85,000–$110,000 per year.
