Generator Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to onsite construction field teams
- Aid with all stages of onsite construction field support team on projects or tasks as needed
- Develop strong relationships with customers
- Support and work closely with construction project leaders and Field Technicians to process tickets, invoices, scheduling, and other coordination activities
- Assist with daily projects and safety reports on multiple software platforms
- Answer field technicians' phone calls as needed
- Track and organize daily payroll and accounting sheets
- Order, Inventory, schedule and record daily material project deliverables
- Compile required documents for scheduling, permitting and inspections
- Participate in relevant project meetings
- Perform other tasks as assigned and/or developed
Desired Skills And Experience
- 1-3 years of experience working in the construction industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Pay Range
$35.58-$38.46 per hour
