Key Responsibilities

  • Support and follow up on AC Box rework activities in accordance with approved project requirements, drawings, work instructions, and field conditions.
  • Coverage of AC Box rework activities, coordination with contractors, electricians, field personnel, and internal teams to support timely completion of assigned rework activities.
  • Review installation conditions and electrical materials to verify alignment with project drawings, scope requirements, and applicable quality expectations.
  • Aid in tracking rework progress, outstanding items, corrective actions, and completion status.
  • Identify installation concerns, field conflicts, missing materials, or workmanship issues and communicate them to the appropriate project stakeholders.
  • Support daily coordination of field activities, priorities, work assignments, and material needs as directed.
  • Help guide small work groups or support teams to maintain efficient daily execution and follow-through.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical layouts, material lists, and related documentation to verify installation and material accuracy.
  • Inspect electrical materials, components, equipment, and related items to confirm they meet project requirements.
  • Verify material condition, quantities, labeling, part numbers, visible defects, and basic functionality as applicable.
  • Identify damaged, incorrect, incomplete, nonconforming, or questionable electrical materials and report concerns for follow-up.
  • Support incoming material inspections, return-material acceptance, outbound material verification, and field material checks as needed.
  • Aid in reviewing materials against purchase orders, packing slips, Bills of Materials, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Help ensure materials are properly handled, stored, documented, and made available for project use.
  • Coverage of contractor, warehouse, and project coordination, including coordination with contractors, warehouse personnel, engineering teams, procurement teams, and project stakeholders to resolve material or installation-related issues.
  • Support communication between field teams and warehouse teams regarding material availability, rework needs, delivery status, returns, and replacement requirements.
  • Aid in tracking material usage, material movement, shortages, returns, and project-specific needs.
  • Follow up on open material issues, inspection findings, rework items, and corrective actions through resolution.
  • Participation in project meetings, coordination discussions, inspection reviews, and field-status updates as needed.
  • Communication of progress updates, material concerns, inspection results, and outstanding issues clearly and professionally.
  • Escalation of urgent material, safety, quality, or installation issues to the appropriate supervisor, engineer, or project lead.
  • Maintain inspection records, material-verification documentation, progress updates, issue logs, and related project records.
  • Document material discrepancies, nonconforming conditions, rework status, field observations, and required follow-up actions.
  • Support project reporting by providing accurate updates on inspection status, material conditions, and work progress.
  • Follow company safety policies, project procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable site standards.
  • Help ensure electrical materials, rework activities, and field-support tasks are completed in accordance with quality and safety expectations.
  • Maintain organized work areas, documentation, materials, and inspection records.
  • Support continuous-improvement efforts related to electrical material verification, rework coordination, inspection practices, and project execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in electrical, construction, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or field-based environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical layouts, material lists, and basic technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with electrical materials, components, equipment, and basic installation practices.
  • Ability to identify basic material issues, visible defects, damaged equipment, incorrect components, or installation concerns.
  • Experience supporting field activities, inspections, material verification, construction coordination, or project execution.
  • Comfortable coordinating with contractors, warehouse personnel, engineering teams, procurement teams, and other project stakeholders.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, spreadsheets, and project tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite industrial, construction, warehouse, or project environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in semiconductor, industrial, manufacturing, high-tech, cleanroom, or large-scale factory environments.
  • Experience with electrical material verification, field inspection, rework coordination, quality checks, or construction support.
  • Experience coordinating small teams, work groups, or daily field execution activities.
  • Journeyman Electrician license, electrical trade experience, or comparable electrical field background.
  • Experience reviewing electrical materials against drawings, Bills of Materials, packing slips, specifications, or purchase orders.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, material receiving, inventory tracking, returns, or outbound material verification.
  • Experience supporting QA/QC processes, nonconforming-material tracking, punch-list work, or corrective-action follow-up.
  • Mandarin Chinese communication skills are a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time onsite role supporting active industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, warehouse, and project-based environments. Work may include field coordination, warehouse activities, electrical material inspections, contractor communication, rework support, documentation, and project-status tracking.

The Power Coordinator must be comfortable working around electrical materials, construction activity, warehouse operations, and active project areas. The position may require walking jobsite or storage areas, reviewing materials and equipment, wearing required personal protective equipment, and responding to changing project priorities or time-sensitive field needs.
