We are hiring a six-month contractor for the role of Generative AI Training & Support Specialist.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of User Engagement, Education & Tech Academy, this individual will be responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting generative AI training and enablement programs across the enterprise.
This person will also work closely with application administrators and internal stakeholders to support enterprise AI platforms and end users.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, adult education, learning & development, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience administering enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy best practices
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
- Understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them to AI-related training content
- Comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving environment where tools, policies, and best practices continue to change
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices and governance principles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
